...count down the hours!

Here are some tools to help you get some support together for your ride.

Download the files and print them out, attach them to emails, or even just link your friends directly to these documents. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact me at:ted@boston2portland.com

First, the boston2portland flyer: a letter-sized flyer to print out and hang up at your local bike shop, school or work bulletin board, on the windsheilds of cars in your neighborhood (?), wherever you see fit. We don't want to know. :)
It's a .pdf file, and you can print it front-and-back on any duplexing laser printer.

Download it here.(68k PDF)

Next, how about a sample letter... wrting a letter like this can be hard, trying to approach your friends, family and associates asking them for money and support. This is a basic letter, in .doc format, for you to use as it is, or as a starting point for your own letter.

Download that here.(160k MS Word .doc)

Now, the important question is "where's the money going?". This year is the start of something very exciting. We have a direct link to Parkinson's research through the Foundation for Neurological Diseases, and 100% of the money donated goes to the Center for Neurological Diseases, affiliated with the Brigham. This is incredible. We're even talking about having a cookout with the riders, volunteers and researchers to whom the money is going!

Their brochures are below, and feel free to send them out with your letters...

For more information about the FND and their work with Parkinson's, download the FND Parkinson's brochure (1mb PDF)

For more information about the FND, and all their work, download the full FND brochure (2.5mb PDF)

Having a little event, know of a blank wall somewhere, need a poster or banner? Check this out, the b2p poster!

download the poster (20K PDF)

...one more thing. The b2p logo. Use it on your own website, letterheads and what have you.

oooh! wait, there's tshirts from cafe press HERE!
